A big warm Hello …!

My name is Mary-Anne and I am the woman behind Birth Stories. I fell in love with capturing beautiful moments in life back in 2019. In March 2021 I registered with The South- African Birth Photographers Association and started my career as a professional birth photographer.

I was swept away by the beauty of birth and the process behind birth. Which then made me dive head first into the birth world. As soon as I registered as a Birth Photographer I contacted Mama Bamba and started the process of becoming a doula. I completed my training in early October. I fell in love with supporting woman in this sacred and beautiful space and being able to empower them in their birth. IT’S YOUR BIRTH, YOU CAN DO IT YOUR WAY !
